Hello Backers,

Not too much to report this week, but have you seen the back of your Joust for Fun box yet? It was shown briefly in the unboxing video, but for those that haven't yet seen it, here you go:

Want to see the unboxing video again? Well, here is a link for that:

We are still on schedule (amazing!) and hope to have your copies delivered in February.

Speaking of February, the release party is still tentatively set for February 9th in Long Beach. Can’t wait to see you there (yes, there are a tiny amount of tickets still available through BackerKit).

And speaking of Backerkit, orders will be locked on December 10th. This means, if you purchased additional items or pre-ordered the game through Backerkit, credit cards will be charged at that time.

Hello beautiful Joust for Fun backers. It’s time for another update!

We have some great news — as of today, production is finished! Yep, that’s right. Your exact copy of Joust for Fun (along with a few thousand others) are camped out in the factory, waiting to be delivered to a cargo ship.

However, before you start thinking that you’ll have your copy soon, let me explain the next steps.

First, we have to find room on a ship. After that, another 30-35 days on that ship. And after that... American-side customs. What does that all mean? Well, it means we are on schedule for February! Yay!

It’s really difficult to deliver a product like this on time, and we take a lot of pride in the work we’ve done so far to make this happen. We don’t mean to toot our own horn, but... “toot toot baby!” :-D

And speaking of horn tooting, we have more great news! Joust for Fun has been picked up for world wide distribution! The consolidator, “Hit Point Sales” will be making this happen! This means by summer, Joust for Fun may be in your local game store. If you see a copy in your store, you can do a little horn tooting of your own knowing that you brought this game to life!

So... this update is really all to say, we love you. Thank you for being you, you Self-Rescuing Princess, you Yeti-or-Not, you Sir Cumference of the Round Table!

Until then!

Hello backers!

We have a short update this week.

Here is a link to our latest unboxing video in case you missed it.

We are extremely happy with the components and have given our manufacturer the green light to move forward. They estimate mass production will be done in about 14 days!

That's all for this week but we hope to have some more great news for you all next week!

Hello Backers!

Today we have two things to update you on.

First, our 5 advanced copies of Joust for Fun are slated to arrived Wednesday. These copies will be 1) checked to ensure card stock and other nuances of production are correct. And will be 2) sent out to review companies for review. We will do an unboxing video of an advanced copy for Facebook this Friday. Head on over and give us a like/follow.

Second, THE TIME IS GETTING CLOSER! — we are closing Joust for Fun’s BackerKit on Dec 10th. This means if you haven’t yet finalized your order or address in BackerKit, please do so.

Just as important, if you know anybody that would like to pre-order a copy of the game, a shirt, or stickers, this will be their last chance.

That’s all for this week. See you on the other side,
